Bison Sports Recap – September 25 It was a full night of action for Benton Central athletics! 🎾 Boys’ Tennis (17-3) The Bison celebrated Senior Night in style, blanking Delphi 5-0 at home. Before the match, a special presentation was held by Sherry and Ryan Hardebeck, who generously gifted new court signs for the tennis complex in loving memory of Jim Pilarski. It was a heartfelt moment on a memorable night for our seniors. ⚽ Boys’ Soccer (11-5) The Bison traveled to Faith Christian but fell short, 4-0. Despite the loss, Benton Central continues to build momentum heading into the final stretch of the season. ⚽ Girls’ Soccer (6-7) In the second round of the Hoosier Conference Tournament, Benton Central battled Tipton to a hard-fought 0-0 draw through regulation. The match was ultimately decided on penalty kicks, with Tipton edging the Bison 4-2 in PKs. Another busy evening for our Bison student-athletes—thank you to our fans for your continued support!
