FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Benton Central Boys Tennis Finishes 2nd at Hoosier Conference Tournament Monticello, IN — September 21, 2025 — The Benton Central High School boys tennis team wrapped up the Hoosier Conference Tournament at Twin Lakes High School with an impressive 2nd place overall finish on Saturday. The Bison showcased depth, determination, and strong performances across singles and doubles brackets. Tournament Highlights: #1 Singles: Landon Hardebeck claimed 3rd place, defeating Central Catholic in straight sets. #2 Singles: Luke Buchanan advanced to the championship match after victories over West Lafayette and Tipton, ultimately falling to Western. Doubles Teams: Both pairs, Bennett Senesac/Hudson Sloniger and Easton Galletta/Sam Tolen, reached their respective championship matches before falling to Western. #3 Singles: Drew Brown won his first match against Hamilton Heights before running into a tough Western opponent in round two.
