April 6, 2024 --Oxford, IN The Benton Cental Varsity Baseball team made it two in a row over Rensselaer Central on Saturday, April 6th beating the Bomber 10-0. Tyler Klemme was spectacular on the mound throwing a complete game No-Hitter! Ryan Foster led the Bison Offense by going 2 for 2 at the plate with 3 RBI's. Caleb Kawlewski was 1 for 2 with a run scored and a RBI, Grant Weise was 1 for 2 with an RBI, Brylan Hedden was 1 for 3, Dylan Musser scored twice and was 1 for 2 at the plate, and Baylon Holmes had a run scored and was 1 for 2 at the plate. Next up: The Bison (2-0, 2,0) will host Hoosier Conference foe Lafayette Central Catholic (4-1, 1-0) on Tuesday, April 9th, 6 PM at Benton Central's Darrell Snodgrass Field.
